What to expect when you come in for your services!!!

We Appreciate your patience during this time of getting in place what we need to make sure all of you as well as our team is safe. Here are some extra measures we are taking to make sure you are entering a space that is kept clean. We so appreciate all of you and thank you so much for your support during this time. We love you all!!!

Guidelines to entering the salon & What to expect when entering Rituals!!

* If you have COVID or any cold symptoms (including sore throat or runny nose), please refrain from booking an appointment until after you have self- quarantined for 14 days

* All clients must wear a mask the full duration of your appointment.Please bring your own mask, if you do not have one, we have disposable masks for $2.00 .  We are wearing masks through out your service as well. We are also adding $1.50 to all services to cover the costs of extra cleaning added every weed , disinfectants, and misting every 21 days.

* Please do not bring a friend or family member, child, unless they are also receiving services .  We ask that they wait in the car if possible and if in our waiting area , a mask is required please.

* The door will be locked, but we installed a door bell , so ring the bell and we will let you in , we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before,and if you are purchasing products , then staying in the waiting area is appreciated. We appreciate if you let us get the products for youand if you can call in advance, we can get them ready for you as well.

* Upon entering the salon, we ask that you remove your outdoor shoes,either put on the slippers we provide, or you can bring your own indoor  shoes or slippers.

* You will be asked to go wash your hands and we have hand sanitizer on all  stylist’s stations

* We are making coffee and tea and have water , but we encourage youto bring you own beverages as well.  We are licensed , so you can order from our menu as well

* Our stations are spread out to adhere to social distancing , and there will be a whole station between clients.

* We will accept all forms of payment , including cash

* We are spreading our appointment 15 minutes apart where possible allow for extra cleaning and disinfecting of the work stations, tools , sink area, bathrooms .  So thank you for your patience and we will do our best to accommodate you all!

* We have our cleaners coming in every week for extra cleaning,and Zoonos treatment done every month to keep you safer on all surfaces. It helps to break up any COVID virus when it hits this barrier.
